लाखों युवा हर साल degree लेकर निकलते हैं लेकिन companies कहती हैं कि experience नहीं है। Experience लेने के लिए job चाहिए और job के लिए experience — यह एक ऐसा चक्र है जो आज के युवाओं की सबसे बड़ी problem है। इसी deadlock को तोड़ने के लिए केंद्र सरकार ने 2025 के budget में Pradhan Mantri Internship Scheme announce की जो 2026 में पूरी तरह active है। इस scheme में देश की top 500 companies में 12 महीने की paid internship मिलती है जिसमें हर महीने 5000 रुपये stipend सरकार देती है और साथ में 6000 रुपये का एकमुश्त incidental allowance भी मिलता है। यह scheme उन युवाओं के लिए है जो real work experience चाहते हैं और अपना career शुरू करना चाहते हैं।
Scheme की Details क्या हैं?
इस scheme के तहत 21 से 24 साल के युवाओं को देश की top 500 companies में 12 महीने की internship मिलती है। Monthly stipend 5000 रुपये है जिसमें से 4500 रुपये सरकार की तरफ से DBT के जरिए directly account में आते हैं और 500 रुपये company CSR fund से देती है। Internship शुरू होने पर 6000 रुपये का एकमुश्त incidental allowance अलग से मिलता है। Internship complete होने पर एक government-recognized certificate मिलता है जो resume में valuable है। इसके अलावा interns को PM Jeevan Jyoti Bima और PM Suraksha Bima का coverage भी automatically मिलता है।
Eligibility क्या है?
21 से 24 साल का कोई भी भारतीय युवा जो full-time employed न हो और full-time regular degree program में न हो वो eligible है। 10वीं, 12वीं pass, ITI certificate holder, polytechnic diploma holder, या graduation और post-graduation किया हो — सभी apply कर सकते हैं। IIT, IIM, IISc, NLU, MBBS जैसे premier institutions के students और जिनके परिवार की income 8 लाख सालाना से ज्यादा है उन्हें priority list में रखा जाता है लेकिन वो technically eligible हैं। SC/ST/OBC और differently-abled candidates को priority मिलती है।
Apply कैसे करें?
pminternship.mca.gov.in पर जाएं और “Register as Candidate” पर click करें। Aadhar number और mobile OTP से registration करें। Profile में educational qualification, skills, preferred location और preferred sector fill करें। Portal पर available internship opportunities देखें जो companies post करती हैं। Apply करें और selection के बाद company interview या direct selection होती है। Select होने पर offer letter portal पर मिलता है जिसे accept करने के बाद stipend automatically account में आने लगता है।
कौन सी Companies हैं इस Scheme में?
Reliance Industries, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Mahindra, Tata Group, HDFC Bank, SBI, Maruti, ONGC जैसी देश की top 500 companies इस scheme में participate कर रही हैं। Sectors में IT, banking, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, agriculture, energy और service sector शामिल हैं। हर company को तय करना होता है कि वो कितने interns लेगी और किन roles में।
एक जरूरी बात
PM Internship Scheme के नाम पर fake portals और WhatsApp forwards चल रहे हैं। Official portal सिर्फ pminternship.mca.gov.in है। Registration और apply करना पूरी तरह free है। कोई भी agent या consultant अगर internship दिलाने के नाम पर पैसे माँगे तो यह fraud है।
