West Bengal की Women Schemes
Lakshmir Bhandar — महिलाओं को Monthly Cash Transfer
Lakshmir Bhandar West Bengal की सबसे popular scheme है और देश में cash transfer schemes की एक benchmark बन गई है। इस scheme में General category की घर की महिला head को 1000 रुपये और SC/ST category को 1200 रुपये प्रति माह directly bank account में मिलते हैं। West Bengal की permanent resident होना जरूरी है और Swasthya Sathi Card होना अनिवार्य है। Government employee और income tax payer eligible नहीं हैं। Apply करने के लिए lakshmibhandar.wb.gov.in पर जाएं या नजदीकी Duare Sarkar camp में application दें। 2026 में यह scheme West Bengal की दो करोड़ से ज्यादा महिलाओं तक पहुँच चुकी है।
Lakshmir Bhandar की एक unique बात यह है कि इसमें Swasthya Sathi Card mandatory है। इसलिए जिन महिलाओं के पास Swasthya Sathi नहीं है वो पहले उसे बनवाएं और उसके बाद Lakshmir Bhandar apply करें। दोनों एक साथ Duare Sarkar camp में apply हो सकते हैं।
Swasthya Sathi — Universal Health Coverage
Swasthya Sathi West Bengal की state health insurance scheme है जो Ayushman Bharat की parallel scheme है। इसमें हर BPL और lower income family को सालाना 5 लाख रुपये तक का cashless treatment West Bengal के government और empanelled private hospitals में मिलता है। Scheme की family head महिला होती है और card उसके नाम पर बनता है। swasthyasathi.gov.in पर apply करें। Duare Sarkar camp में भी enrollment होती है। West Bengal में Swasthya Sathi और Ayushman Bharat दोनों साथ चलते हैं जिससे total coverage बढ़ जाती है।
Kanyashree — Girls Education Scholarship
Kanyashree West Bengal की award-winning scheme है जिसे UN ने भी recognize किया है। इस scheme में 13 से 18 साल की unmarried girls को जो school में enrolled हों उन्हें 1000 रुपये सालाना scholarship मिलती है। 18 साल की उम्र पर higher education में admission लेने पर 25,000 रुपये का one-time grant मिलता है। Family income 1.20 लाख रुपये सालाना से कम होनी चाहिए। wbkanyashree.gov.in पर apply करें। इस scheme ने West Bengal में girl dropout rate को dramatically कम किया है।
Kanyashree का एक advanced component है Kanyashree University यानी Kanyashree Prakalpa Phase 3 जिसमें graduate और postgraduate girls को 25,000 रुपये annually मिलते हैं। इसके अलावा Kanyashree beneficiaries को higher education में admission priority मिलती है।
Rupashree — गरीब घर की बेटी की शादी पर Help
Rupashree West Bengal की एक बहुत practical scheme है। इसमें 18 साल से ज्यादा उम्र की girls की शादी पर family को 25,000 रुपये की one-time financial assistance मिलती है। Family income 1.50 लाख रुपये सालाना से कम होनी चाहिए। West Bengal permanent resident होना जरूरी है। Apply करने के लिए Block Development Office या नजदीकी municipality office में जाएं। Duare Sarkar camp में भी application होती है।

Aikyashree — Minority Scholarship
Aikyashree West Bengal की minority students के लिए state scholarship है जो Minorities Development and Finance Corporation के जरिए चलती है। Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Buddhist और Jain community के Pre-Matric students को 1100 से 1700 रुपये सालाना और Post-Matric students को 3000 से 5000 रुपये सालाना मिलते हैं। wbmdfcscholarship.gov.in पर apply करें। West Bengal में minority population बहुत ज्यादा है खासकर Murshidabad, Malda और North 24 Parganas में और यह scheme उन जिलों में बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है।
Shikshashree — SC Students के लिए

Oasis Portal — Centralized Scholarship Management

Old Age Pension — West Bengal

Manabik — Disability Pension
Manabik West Bengal की disability pension scheme है। 40% से ज्यादा disability वाले गरीब व्यक्तियों को 1000 रुपये प्रति माह मिलते हैं। UDID Card होना जरूरी है। Duare Sarkar camp में apply करें।
West Bengal की Agriculture Schemes
Krishak Bandhu — Farmer Support Scheme
Krishak Bandhu West Bengal की सबसे important agriculture scheme है और देश में farmer income support की बेहतरीन state schemes में से एक है। इसमें हर registered farmer को per acre 4000 रुपये सालाना Kharif season में और 4000 रुपये Rabi season में यानी total 8000 रुपये per acre per year मिलते हैं। यह PM Kisan से अलग और additional है। इसके अलावा 18 से 60 साल के registered farmers को 2 लाख रुपये का life insurance cover मुफ्त में मिलता है। krishakbandhu.net पर registration करें।

West Bengal में Tea Garden Workers की Schemes

Banglar Bari — Rural Housing
