Gujarat में Schemes का Digital Ecosystem
गुजरात में schemes का पूरा ecosystem digital है और देश के सबसे efficient e-governance systems में से एक है। digitalgujarat.gov.in गुजरात का central e-services portal है जहाँ income certificate, caste certificate, domicile certificate और 200 से ज्यादा services online मिलती हैं। इसके साथ iKhedut Portal यानी ikhedut.gujarat.gov.in किसानों का सबसे important portal है जिस पर गुजरात की सभी agriculture schemes का benefit मिलता है। e-Samaj Kalyan Portal यानी esamajkalyan.gujarat.gov.in SC/ST, OBC और minority communities की scholarship और welfare schemes का platform है। इन तीनों portals पर account बनाना गुजरात में किसी भी scheme का पहला step है।

Vande Mataram Yojana — Pregnant Women के लिए

Mukhyamantri Amrutam Yojana — Health Coverage
Mukhyamantri Amrutam यानी MA Yojana गुजरात की state health insurance scheme है जो Ayushman Bharat की complementary है। BPL families, NFSA card holders और State Below Poverty Line families को इस scheme के तहत 5 लाख रुपये तक का cashless treatment मिलता है। MA Vatsalya scheme middle class families के लिए है जहाँ थोड़ा premium देने पर same coverage मिलती है। magujarat.com पर eligibility check करें। गुजरात में Ayushman और MA Yojana मिलाकर एक comprehensive health safety net बनाती हैं।
Kunwarbai Nu Mameru Yojana — बेटी की शादी पर Help
Kunwarbai Nu Mameru गुजरात की एक unique scheme है जो tribal और BPL families की बेटियों की शादी पर financial support देती है। इसमें शादी के मौके पर 10,000 रुपये नगद और household items जैसे utensils, clothes और bedding दिए जाते हैं। यह scheme गुजरात की tradition से inspired है जहाँ mama यानी मामा बेटी की शादी पर gift देता है — उसी tradition को सरकार ने adopt किया है। Apply करने के लिए नजदीकी District Social Welfare Office में जाएं। Family का BPL या tribal category में होना जरूरी है।

Gujarat की Education और Scholarship Schemes
e-Samaj Kalyan Portal — Scholarships का Gateway
गुजरात में SC/ST, OBC, EBC और Minority students के लिए सभी scholarships esamajkalyan.gujarat.gov.in पर एक जगह मिलती हैं। इस portal पर एक बार registration करने के बाद multiple scholarships के लिए apply हो जाता है। गुजरात में SC students के लिए Pre-Matric scholarship class 1 से 10 तक और Post-Matric scholarship class 11 से PhD तक मिलती है। OBC students के लिए अलग scholarship है। Minority students के लिए भी portal पर dedicated section है।
Swarnim Gujarat Scholarship — Merit Based
गुजरात Board में class 10 में 80% से ज्यादा marks लाने वाले rural students को Swarnim Gujarat Scholarship मिलती है। इसमें 2000 रुपये एकमुश्त मिलते हैं। Class 12 में 75% से ज्यादा marks लाने वाले students को higher education के लिए scholarship मिलती है। यह scholarship specifically rural areas के meritorious students के लिए है ताकि economic condition higher education की राह में बाधा न बने। digitalgujarat.gov.in पर apply करें।
Dr. Ambedkar Awas Yojana — SC Students के लिए Hostel
SC category के students जो higher education के लिए शहर में आते हैं उन्हें Dr. Ambedkar Awas Yojana के तहत subsidized hostel मिलता है। Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Rajkot और Gandhinagar में government hostels हैं जहाँ SC students को minimal charge पर रहने की सुविधा मिलती है। इसके अलावा गुजरात में ST students के लिए Eklavya Model Residential Schools आदिवासी districts जैसे Dahod, Chhota Udaipur, Narmada, Tapi और Valsad में हैं जहाँ class 6 से 12 तक free residential education मिलती है।
Vidyadeep Yojana — Minority Students

Gujarat की Agriculture Schemes — iKhedut Portal
iKhedut Portal — किसानों का One-Stop Platform
iKhedut Portal यानी ikhedut.gujarat.gov.in गुजरात agriculture का सबसे important digital platform है जो देश में किसी राज्य का सबसे comprehensive agricultural portal माना जाता है। इस portal पर गुजरात की 50 से ज्यादा agriculture, horticulture, animal husbandry और fisheries schemes एक जगह मिलती हैं। Tractor पर subsidy, drip irrigation पर subsidy, seeds पर subsidy, organic farming certification — सब कुछ iKhedut पर apply होता है। गुजरात के हर किसान का iKhedut पर registration होना जरूरी है।
Mukhyamantri Kisan Sahay Yojana — State Crop Insurance
PMFBY के अलावा गुजरात में Mukhyamantri Kisan Sahay Yojana एक state-funded crop compensation scheme है जो monsoon dependent crops को cover करती है। इसमें किसान को कोई premium नहीं देना होता। 33% से 60% crop loss होने पर 20,000 रुपये per hectare और 60% से ज्यादा loss होने पर 25,000 रुपये per hectare मिलते हैं। Maximum 4 hectare तक compensation मिलता है। iKhedut portal पर registered किसान automatically eligible होते हैं। यह scheme Gujarat के rain-shadow areas जैसे Saurashtra और Kutch के किसानों के लिए बहुत जरूरी है।
Drip Irrigation Subsidy — Gujarat की Special Focus

Gujarat में Old Age और Widow Pension

Nirashrit Sahay Pension — Destitute के लिए
गुजरात में Nirashrit Sahay Pension Maharashtra की Sanjay Gandhi Pension की तरह है। इसमें वो लोग eligible हैं जिनके पास आय का कोई source नहीं है — abandoned women, childless elderly, severely ill और socially vulnerable categories। इन्हें 750 रुपये प्रति माह मिलते हैं। Apply के लिए District Social Security Officer से मिलें।

Gujarat Industrial Policy 2020 — Business Friendly Framework
गुजरात की Industrial Policy 2020 देश की सबसे attractive industrial policies में से एक मानी जाती है। इसमें new manufacturing units को capital subsidy, interest subsidy, electricity duty exemption, और land allotment में preference मिलती है। Plug and Play industrial estates में ready-to-use infrastructure मिलता है जिससे new businesses को setup में time नहीं लगता। MSME sector के लिए Micro units को 25%, Small को 20% और Medium को 15% capital subsidy मिलती है।

Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana — Women Entrepreneurs

MSME Sahay Portal — Single Window Clearance
गुजरात में msme.gujarat.gov.in portal पर MSME registration, license application, incentive claim और subsidy application सब एक जगह होता है। गुजरात Ease of Doing Business ranking में consistently top 5 states में रहता है। इसकी वजह है single window clearance system जो MSME Sahay Portal के जरिए काम करता है। 15 दिन में MSME registration और 30 दिन में subsidy approval की guarantee है।

Manav Garima Yojana — SC Artisans के लिए Toolkit
Manav Garima Yojana गुजरात की एक unique scheme है जो SC community के artisans और small traders के लिए है। इसमें अपना business शुरू करने के लिए toolkit और materials दिए जाते हैं जिनकी value 4000 से 10,000 रुपये तक होती है। Carpenter को carpenter tools, cobbler को cobbler tools, barber को barber kit, tailor को sewing machine — हर trade के हिसाब से अलग toolkit मिलती है। यह one-time benefit है। esamajkalyan.gujarat.gov.in पर apply करें।
Sickle Cell Disease Program — Gujarat Tribal Areas
गुजरात के tribal areas में Sickle Cell Disease की prevalence बहुत ज्यादा है। गुजरात में Sickle Cell Disease Control Program के तहत tribal districts में free screening, counselling, treatment और medicine मिलती है। Dahod, Chhota Udaipur, Narmada, Tapi, Valsad और Navsari के tribal residents को यह program खासतौर पर target करता है। यह program देश में Sickle Cell के लिए सबसे comprehensive state program है। Nearest government hospital में free screening होती है।
Dr. Ambedkar Awas Yojana — SC Housing
SC category के लोगों को घर बनाने के लिए Dr. Ambedkar Awas Yojana के तहत गुजरात में 1.20 लाख रुपये की financial assistance मिलती है। यह PMAY-G के amount के बराबर है लेकिन यह state scheme है। इसमें MGNREGA की 90 दिन की labour cost अलग से मिलती है। District Social Welfare Office में apply करें।

Gujarat Housing Board — Affordable Flats
Gujarat Housing Board यानी GHB ghb.gujarat.gov.in पर affordable housing schemes regularly launch करती है। Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Rajkot, Gandhinagar, Bhavnagar और Jamnagar में GHB के flats lottery system से मिलते हैं। EWS, LIG और MIG categories के लिए अलग-अलग schemes होती हैं। गुजरात में GHB की lottery बहुत popular है और participation online होती है। Domicile certificate, income certificate और Aadhar Card जरूरी documents हैं।
Pandit Deendayal Awas Yojana — Rural Housing
